PRICING TRAUMA & BIOHAZARD
For our trauma & biohazard cleaning (cleaning of vomit, feces, urine, blood, bodily fluids etc.) we make use of fixed hourly charges and fixed prices for the usage of consumables and disposal of (medical) waste. The total final price depends on the total amount of labor hours, used materials / supplies, and number of dumpsters or boxes of medical waste. Prices start at €700,00, average around €1500,00 and can run up to several thousands of euro’s in extraordinary cases. Prices mentioned are including vat.
For some jobs the cleaning costs are completely covered by the insurance; the owners association (VvE), or the municipality. If there is an emergency and it’s not clear who will pay for the costs, the bill is usually paid for by the owners association (VvE). Once everything is calm again the owners association investigates whether the costs can be declared somewhere else.

PRICING SPECIALIST CLEANING
For deep cleanings we make use of, just like for our trauma & biohazard cleaning, fixed hourly prices and fees for the usage of consumables. The total final price depends on a diversity of factors, which is why we prefer to have contact over the phone first or if possible come and visit the location for an inspection. Prices start at €330,00 and can go up to about €1400,00 for an 8-hour workday with 2 cleaning technicians depending on the activities that need to be performed.
For specialist cleaning we make use of, just like for our trauma & biohazard cleaning, fixed hourly prices and fees for the usage of consumables. We make use of various price categories, depending on the level of dirt and how dangerous / difficult to reach the area is we have to clean. We always work with all-in prices. All costs for protective gear, chemicals, cleaning materials etc. are included in the price, if there will be any additional costs for special treatments we always discuss this first with the customer. Prices mentioned are including vat.
Pigeon droppings: The emptying, disposal, cleaning and disinfecting of spaces polluted by pigeon droppings start at €340,00 and can go up to about €1400,00 for an 8-hour workday with 2 cleaning technicians depending on the activities that need to be performed. The cost of cleaning a private residence balcony hardly goes over €340,00.
Hoarding: The costs for cleaning a hoarder residence are between €1300,00 and €1600,00 for an 8-hour workday with 2 cleaning technicians. Prices are excluding costs for the placement and removal of trash dumpsters.
Nicotine staining: The removal of nicotine staining starts from €300,00 and can go up to around €850,00 for an 8-hour workday with 2 cleaning technicians. When not only the ceilings and walls have to be cleaned, but also window sills, doors, heaters etc. we always advise to hire one person extra instead of the standard team of 2 cleaning technicians.
Deep cleaning: Special cleaning requests, like the deep cleaning of extremely dirty bathrooms, kitchens, storages etc. starts from €500,00 and can go up to around €1100,00 for an 8-hour workday with 2 cleaning technicians depending on the activities that need to be performed.
PRICING ODOR REMOVAL
The simplest odor removal jobs start somewhere around €250,00 – €300,00. These are simple jobs such as a cat urinating in a corner of the house, or the door peeing at the front door. The more complex jobs average around €800,00. For the very severe jobs, such as houses that have been completely polluted by tens of pets the costs can go up to several thousands of euro’s. The removal of dead body smell is always in combination with trauma & biohazard cleaning, we do not remove dead body smell without first cleaning the space ourselves. Prices mentioned are including vat.
OTHER CLEANING REQUESTS
We get regular calls and emails asking if we also perform ”normal” cleaning, such as the scrubbing of floors, cleaning up after moving into a new house, or other regular cleaning requests. We do perform these types of jobs, but normally only on request, it is not something we actively market. The prices for our regular cleaning jobs are dependent on the work that needs to be done. CALL-OUT CHARGES & PAYMENTS
* For Amsterdam and 20 km of its surroundings we don’t charge any call-out charges. For locations within Noord-Holland we charge a fee of €0,50 per driven kilometer (back and forth). For locations outside of Noord-Holland we charge €35,00 per man-hour (back and forth) excl. vat.
* We accept cash, debit card and credit card payments.
